A word from the Cellar master

We produced the 2014 vintage, which was quite a challenge in terms of keeping the grapes in proper health, from the variety Pinot Noir – claret,  by pressing whole grapes. The result is a wine pink in hue, with an interesting, flowery bouquet. Its taste is pure, full-bodied and features tones of freshly toasted bread.
